For sending our WhatsApp newsletter, we therefore use a mobile device in whose address book only the WhatsApp contact data of our newsletter recipients is stored. In this case, your data will only be passed on for the purpose of payment processing with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this purpose.
If you select a payment method in which we make advance payment, you will also be asked during the ordering process to provide certain personal data (first and last name, street, house number, postal code, city, date of birth, email address, telephone number, and, if applicable, data relating to an alternative means of payment).
In order to safeguard our legitimate interest in determining your creditworthiness in such cases, this data will be forwarded by us to the provider for the purpose of a credit check in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Based on the personal data you provide as well as other data (such as shopping cart, invoice amount, order history, payment experience), the provider checks whether the payment option you have selected can be granted with regard to payment and/or default risks.
The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Address data, among other things, but not exclusively, are included in the calculation of the score values.

The collection of personal data and its transmission to us takes place in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and only to the extent necessary for the proper processing of the termination. Also on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, the personal data provided is used to confirm the receipt of the termination declaration and the time of termination electronically in text form. A further legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR. Data is also transmitted to: Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada
With the help of cookies and/or comparable technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, algorithms for reading end device and browser information), the service collects and stores pseudonymized visitor data, including information about the device used such as the IP address and browser information, in order to evaluate it for statistical analyses of user behavior on our website and to create pseudonymized usage profiles. Among other things, this makes it possible to evaluate movement patterns (so-called heatmaps), which show the duration of page visits as well as interactions with page content (e.g., text inputs, scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs). Pseudonymization generally excludes direct personal identification. A merging with clear personal data collected in other ways does not take place.
All processing described above, in particular the reading or storage of information on the end device used, is only carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the “cookie consent tool” provided on the website.

This website uses the function “Shopify Network Intelligence” of the following provider: Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland (“Shopify”)
By means of this function, certain customer data (order and search histories, location information, and transaction details), insofar as collected, are automatically transmitted to Shopify in pseudonymized form, processed by Shopify, and then used for statistical and analytical purposes.
Pseudonymized data from customers of other Shopify merchants may also be included in the analysis results, without any merchant gaining individual access to these external data sets outside their own customer base.
Within the scope of processing, Shopify does not gain access to clear data, but automatically encrypts the information during the transmission process using a special algorithm.
Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of our shop reach and the acceptance of our offer for optimization purposes.
Within the scope of the above-mentioned processing, data may also be transferred to: Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to Canada, an adequate level of data protection is ensured by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

10) Retargeting / Remarketing and Conversion Tracking
10.1 Meta Pixel with Advanced Matching
Within our online offering, we use the service “Meta Pixel” of the following provider in advanced matching mode: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Meta”)
If a user clicks on an advertisement placed by us on Facebook or Instagram, the URL of our linked page is extended by a parameter using “Meta Pixel”. This URL parameter is then entered into the user’s browser after redirection via a cookie set by our linked page itself. In addition, this cookie collects specific customer data such as the email address that we collect on our website linked to the Facebook or Instagram advertisement during processes such as purchase completions, account logins, or registrations (advanced matching). The cookie is then read and enables the transmission of data, including the specific customer data, to Meta.
We use “Meta Pixel” with advanced matching to make our advertisements (“Ads”) on Facebook and/or Instagram more effective and to ensure that they correspond to the interests of users or have certain characteristics (e.g., interests in certain topics or products determined based on visited websites) that we transmit to Meta (so-called “Custom Audiences”).
In addition, we analyze the effectiveness of our advertisements by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement (conversion). Compared to the standard version of “Meta Pixel”, the advanced matching function helps us better measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by capturing more attributed conversions.
All transmitted data is stored and processed by Meta, so that an assignment to the respective user profile is possible and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Meta’s data usage policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data may enable Meta and its partners to place advertisements on and outside of Facebook.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the end device used, is only carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the “cookie consent tool” provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
The information generated by Meta is usually transmitted to a Meta server and stored there; in this context, it may also be transferred to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
10.2 Google Ads Remarketing
This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland
For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in the browser of your end device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID and on the basis of the pages you visit. Any further data processing only takes place if you have agreed with Google that your internet and app browsing history is linked to your Google account and that information from your Google account is used to personalize ads that you view on the web. If you are logged into Google during your visit to our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, your personal data is temporarily linked by Google with Google Analytics data in order to form target groups. In the context of using Google Ads Remarketing, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the end device used, is only carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, retargeting technology will not be used during your visit to the website.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service in the “cookie consent tool” provided on the website.

This makes it possible to target visitors of our website with personalized, interest-based advertising who have already shown interest in our shop and our products. The advertising materials are displayed on the basis of a cookie-based analysis of previous and current user behavior.

10.5 Google Ads Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, as part of Google Ads, conversion tracking by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).
We use Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google AdWords). In relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. We pursue the objective of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you, and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs incurred.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an Ads advertisement placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device. These cookies generally lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page equipped with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that allows users to be personally identified.
In the context of using Google Ads, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Details on the processing initiated by Google Ads Conversion Tracking and how Google handles data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
You can also permanently object to the setting of cookies by Google Ads Conversion Tracking by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:

In order to address users whose data we have received in the context of business or business-like relationships in a more interest-based manner, we use a customer matching function within Google Ads. For this purpose, we transmit one or more files with aggregated customer data (primarily email addresses and telephone numbers) electronically to Google. Google does not gain access to clear data, but automatically encrypts the information in the customer files during the transmission process using a special algorithm. The encrypted information can then only be used by Google to assign it to existing Google accounts that the data subjects have set up. This enables the display of personalized advertising across all Google services linked to the respective Google account.
The transmission of customer data to Google only takes place if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. Further information on Google’s data protection measures with regard to the customer matching function can be found here:

10.6 Google Marketing Platform
This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform of the operator Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“GMP”).
GMP uses cookies to display relevant ads to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to avoid that a user sees the same ads multiple times. Using a cookie ID, Google records which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed multiple times. In addition, GMP can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that relate to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a GMP ad and later visits the advertiser’s website using the same browser and makes a purchase via that website. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain any personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google’s server.
We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge as follows: By integrating GMP, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an ad from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider will obtain and store your IP address. In the context of using GMP, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

11) Website Functionalities
- Google reCAPTCHA
On this website, we use the CAPTCHA service of the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland
Data may also be transmitted to: Google LLC, USA.
For the visual design of the captcha window, “Google Fonts”, i.e. fonts loaded from the Internet by Google, are used by the provider. No processing of further information other than that already transmitted to Google via the functionality of reCAPTCHA takes place.
The service checks whether an input is made by a natural person or abusively by machine and automated processing, and blocks spam, DDoS attacks, and similar automated malicious access. To ensure that an action is performed by a human and not by an automated bot, the provider collects the IP address of the device used, identification data of the browser and operating system type used, and the date and duration of the visit and transmits these to the provider’s servers for evaluation. Cookies may be used for this purpose, i.e. small text files that are stored in the browser of the end device.
If the processing described above is based on cookies, these are only set if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the “cookie consent tool” provided on the website.
If the processing described above is carried out without the use of cookies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in determining individual responsibility on the Internet and preventing misuse and spam in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

12.2 Cookie Consent Tool
This website uses a so-called “cookie consent tool” to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications requiring consent. The tool sets technically necessary cookies to store your cookie preferences. Personal user data is generally not processed.

Another legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR. As the controller, we are subject to the legal obligation to make the use of technically unnecessary cookies dependent on the respective user’s consent.
If necessary, we have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
